Here is your toolbox of software for ELSO registry submission and center-specific data management tools. Give us your ideas for enhancements or new tools which will make your registry management operations easier.

ELSO will only be accepting Version 2.0 forms and any older forms received after August 15, 2001 will be returned to the center.  Due to the amount of changes in this update, older versions of the form are not compatible with the the registry.

These tools have been developed for Microsoft Office 97 and 2000 on the Microsoft Windows 95, 98, 2000 and NT 4.0 platforms. They will not run under Windows 3.1 or 3.11, and they have not yet been tested on Macintosh platforms. They will also not run on Microsoft Office 95.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
