H1N1 Registry

The H1N1 registry form was developed to track H1N1 cases that have been placed on ECMO. This form was intended to quickly gather limited H1N1 data to supplement the ECLS registry. For general information on H1N1 visit our H1N1 Information page.

At this time ELSO has stopped collecting additional information on H1N1 cases. Please use the standard data collection instrument and code these patients using the 488.1 ICD-9 code.

Statistics from the H1N1 Registry as of April 13, 2011.

ELSO receives H1N1 data when a patient goes on ECMO which causes some results to be pending until the forms are updated when the patient goes off ECMO.
