ELSO would like to recognize Duke University Medical Center for receiving the Award for Excellence in Life Support!

One of the reasons Duke University Medical Center was found noteworthy as specified by the ELSO Award Committee is:

You are awarded this honor based on your team’s commitment to the education and training of your new specialists. Your monthly education includes drills for the physicians, and bedside nurses. Your Parent Manual is comprehensive and includes specific parenting activities that are appropriate for your patient’s parents. You successfully merged two separate programs within one institution.
